Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer a customization option where you can specify sensory preferences, aversions, and any additional needs. This option will become available in the coming months. However, our team ensures each box is thoughtfully tailored to provide comfort and engagement for our general community.
Yes! Our boxes are carefully curated with items that are age-appropriate for both teens and adults.
We understand sensory needs and preferences vary and highly individual, and what feels soothing or enjoyable for one person might not work for another. If you receive an item that feels overwhelming, uncomfortable, or simply not useful, please let us know so that we may update your preferences in our system for future boxes. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
